Summary The primary purpose of this position, PROCUREMENT ANALYST, NH-1102-03 is to perform clearance reviews of solicitations and contracts for high-dollar/complex acquisitions; to develop and implement contracting policies and procedures; and to provide technical advice and guidance and counsel to acquisition and contracting personnel.
